Rev MG. Nkagisang was born in Potchefstroom and completed High School education at Botoka Comprehensive High School. He is the last child of the Late Modise Jacob and Motlagomang Annah Nkagisang. Born on a family of four boys and four girls. He and his wife, Tebogo are blessed with a seven year old daughter and are affiliated to the African Methodist Church of Southern Africa. In 1994 he completed Secondary Education Diploma at the now defunct Transvaal College of Education,1998 completed B.A. in Industrial Psychology at the Potchefstroom University, the now North West University (Potchefstroom Campus), where in the same year also completed a Higher Diploma in Sports Sciences with the then Potchefstroom College of Education. In 1999, he started B.A. Hons.in Management with London Business Management School and later completed Honours degree in 2000 which allowed him to register with the Health Professions Council as a Psychometrist, in 2002 he completed B. Ed. in Education Law and in 2005, then advanced to further masters in Arts in Industrial Sociology, He also hold a PhD in Industrial Sociology. Currently completing a degree in Theology. He is a former teacher and former manager at Impala Platinum Mines, Anglo Platinum and AngloGold Ashanti while currently employed by South32 as Senior Manager: Stakeholder Relations for the African Operations. He served on the both the North West Cricket Association and Cricket South Africa as Board member for the last nine years and currently the President of North West Cricket and Chairperson of the Bizhub Lions Cricket Franchise. He is also the Deputy Chairperson of Orbit FET College and the council’s HR subcommittee chairperson. Rev DR. MG Nkagisang was involved in the Young Men’s Guild, a Local Preacher, Holy Communion Steward, and Chairperson of the Education Committee as well as the Preacher in charge of one of the Societies or Section of our church. He is with the African Methodist Episcopal Church, an ordained Itinerant Deacon.
